It’s the community Christmas tree taken through the doors… which were likely locked.

Not so much tacky or wacky, more elegant. Maybe I’ll try a different one later in the week.
11. Welcome to your city/town sign
It’s not exactly “welcome” (Batavia Township does not have any such signs), but there is this one.
